Clinic Details:For decades, Total Health Care has cared for families at every life stage. Our ten health centers are located in the heart of Baltimore City and surrounding areas. Many Total Health Care staff members live in the area and like to care for their own families and neighbors. Total Health Care is one of Maryland’s largest minority-run, nonprofit, tax-exempt community health centers. This Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) came from the 1989 merger of Constant Care Community Health Center, Inc. (founded in 1968) and the West Baltimore Community Health Care Corporation (1972). From 1997-2001, Total Health Care was a partner with CarePartners, a Managed Care Organization (MCO). In 2016, Tuerk House became a subsidiary of Total Health Care enabling us to collectively provide patient-centered care in areas of healing, health and hope. For nearly 50 years, Total Health Care has provided medical care in Baltimore. By working with community and national healthcare groups, we continue to grow services and programs to better the lives of our patients. Total Health Care, Inc. is paid for in part by local, state and federal government agencies.

Details: A proven and effective model, Park West Health System has been providing holistic healthcare and dental services for more than 45 years through its physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, care coordinators and certified nurse midwives. Park West, a not-for-profit FTCA deemed health center, also provides treatment to the whole patient, organizing care and managing chronic diseases through its network of social workers and community health providers.
