Twice an appointment a doctor was canceled. Once, the doctor was running two hours late, so I had to leave. Now I am an appointment with a nurse practictioner (not a doctor, as I would prefer). Also, every time that I call them, I get put on hold for an extended period of time. The last time, I asked that they call me back, and they have not. Everyone is "nice" but nothing is accomplished. I am trying to get my blood work records, because an incomplete report was given to me over the phone. In fact, the phone report included a pap smear from a year ago!! The office help seems to be very incompetent.
