<p>I took my daughter to their office to have her shots done. the office is completely unorganized and there is no communication. they did not have her shot records even though the previous drs office that we went to sent them, they refused to give her the shots she needed for school, and then i get a call from rainbows hospital that we have been transfered there! no warning and there was not even a mention of rainbows while we were there. we only went to get her shots up to date and got a completely unnessesary run around. how hard is it to give a child shots!!!!</p>

In the past year alone this place has messed up paperwork on me, not sent paperwork that they actually told me was faxed but turned out two months later that it indeed was not ever faxed, did not fill out papers that they were supposed to have filled out, and never returned phone calls from other doctor's offices that I was seeing... Doctors that they themselves referred me to. I Would not take my goldfish here!
