We are a nonprofit organization providing quality medical, dental, and psychiatric services on a sliding-fee scale and serve everyone, with or without insurance. To meet your needs, we offer walk-in services, same-day appointments, extended hours, in-house lab, immunizations, prescription assistance, free interpreter services (servicios de intérprete gratis), and free transportation in Lyon County. Flint Hills Community Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center with Patient-Centered Medical Home status.

I will never go back. They lied many times on my record and never listened to me. I was told I was to young to have these problems. I already knew I did all they had to do was pull my medical record and they wouldn't. They did test and said they found nothing. But a different doctor found it right off sane tests. For a few years they watched me get sicker and sicker and did nothing. Well except lie! Sad our tax dollars pay their wages.
