Latest Reviews, Comments, Questions for Toksook Bay Sub-Regional Clinic

Comment from HORRIBLE STAFF:

The office staff is inconsiderate and incompetent.   I have NEVER been able to schedule a same day appointment with my son's pediatriction.  The only phone number provided is very hard to reach the office personel.  Many times, it took 2 hours before I reached anyone.  It is constantly busy to the point where the phone number doesn't even connect to hold.  I have been denied same day appointemnts because of claims there are only openings are in the morning but they DO NOT answer their phones in the morning.  They never offer or accomodate for another doctor to see my son.  I have been hung up on, put on hold for a whole hour during their lunch break.  Despite requests for the staff to call back, they do not call back, so my only option is to hold.  My son has certain special needs.  There are times I need to see the pediatrician as the urgent care cannot assist with certain things.  I think his doctor is great, but a real review needs to be made by medical proffesional administraors with this office staff.    In the past two years of coming here, half of the refferals made to specialists are neglected by the staff and not sent over at all or not sent over properly.   This is NOT quality care.  This place needs to CHANGE.
