We are an integrated medical, mental health, and dental clinic, located in Swissvale. We serve the neighborhoods of Swissvale, Wilkinsburg, Braddock, the greater Pittsburgh area, and all people who come to us. At Metro, our providers collaborate with each other to treat every aspect of a patient’s health, all under one roof. We offer all of our services to everyone, regardless of identity, income, insurance status, or the ability to pay.

I called for over a month for a psych med Rx to be filled as it would be out in ten days. 24 days later. Fourteen days , thus being unmedicated from a near life-long relationship with the Rx so I was "irritable" the person responsible for not passing the important message seemed, to me, to be angered and somewhat retaliating when I told only her that this fiasco and mental turmoil of mine was totally unavoidable had she just called the Rx and me on time but she did not. Meanwhile because there was no Rx I lost 9 pounds in 20 days, ended up in ER and had to get an echo because my body was ravished. To this day I am without the Rx or a doctor because no help was provided. I received a letter from the psych coordinator full of untruths (blatant lies). She accused me of a felony, illegally getting a category two drug, missing appts, and violating the treatment plan. My records alone will show all of those statements are "lies". I am still living a nightmare without the medicine but have an appointment on Dec 30, 2021. This was the Nightmare doctors visits from hell. They ruined my life and reputation with future doctors should they read this lie in my files. It could leak to the press if I run for office. A lawyer said it will cost tens of thousands for a lawsuit that is out. Son there you have it. Great secretaries and receptionists and lower level medical personnel. Actually, one of God's sweetest people works there! Then, ISTG, Dr Rechtrr AND Monique Smith Called me and screamed at me. The doctor yelled, " You Do Not Fit. Again and again. So I hated it and I would never go near them. There are so many other places that do not mess with the mental health of psych patients. Imagine your psychiatrist screaming that at you. It made me wonder if I ought to have killed myself because that is what I felt they were setting me up for.
