Clinic Details:Mountain Park Health Center is a non-profit Community Health Center. We provide whole-patient care for the whole family. Our integrated model helps save our healthcare system nearly $90 Million each year. More importantly, we’re keeping 80,000 of our neighbors healthy. Our Maryvale Clinic is the perfect example of how an eyesore can become an important community resource. In 2011 Mountain Park Health Center turned an abandoned movie theater into one of our largest clinics. With a demonstration kitchen, pharmacy and full dental wing, our Maryvale Clinic is here to serve your entire family.
