  • Details: Located on Rt. 4 on the Mount Blue Health Center on the Campus of Franklin Memorial Hospital, the Farmington Dental Health Center, established in 1997, was expanded to six operatories, and upgraded to a new fully digital facility in the summer of 2012. Community Dental Farmington works closely with community partners like Franklin Memorial Hospital, Franklin Health Practices, Franklin County Children’s Task Force, RSU 9, Head Start, and area nursing homes, to provide patient-centered care and link people to needed health services on a timely basis. We also provide emergency dental services for the University of Maine's Upward Bound Program and provide volunteer work experience for their students.

  • Details: Our Lewiston dental center was expanded and updated in 2006, moving from Auburn to the south side of Main Street between Lisbon and Park Streets. Community Dental Lewiston collaborates with our community partners, including Central Maine Medical Center, to help people get the dental care they need. Our community partners include Common Ties, Head Start and school oral health programs to provide a dental home for students who need services. United Way of Androscoggin County helps fund our limited reduced fee care to children and adults. Community Dental also partners with the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and Maine Medical Center in an Advanced Education General Dentistry (AEGD) residency program.

  • Details: Community Dental Portland moved from its Brighton Avenue location to a new, state-of-the-art facility at 190 Park Avenue in October 2016, expanding from eight operatories to twelve, including a surgical suite. The Portland Center partners with Maine Medical Center and Headstart to provide dental services and a dental home to adults and children identified as needing dental services. We provide care for patients living in local group homes and participate in the Cumberland County Denture Project. The United Way of Greater Portland allocates funds to provide limited reduced fee care to adults and children.

Patients and staff enjoy state-of-the-art facilities, including six operatories, digital radiography, and electronic patient records. Community Dental Rumford works closely with our community partners, Rumford Hospital, Tri-County Mental Health, and the River Valley Healthy Communities Coalition to provide patient-centered care and link people to needed health services on a timely basis. Community Dental partners with community school oral health programs and Headstart to provide a dental home for students who need services. Many local organizations contribute to a patient assistance fund for residents with dental emergencies.

The Biddeford Center works closely with Southern Maine Medical Center to link patients to needed oral health services on a timely basis. We also partner with community school oral health programs, Headstart and the St. Louis Child Development Center to provide a dental home for students who need services.
