Clinic Details:We offer quality medical care to people of all ages, income levels, occupations, and backgrounds. However, our services are particularly oriented to the needs of the African immigrant and refugee community. Beyond quality medical care, we provide patient education on healthy lifestyle choices, preventative care, early detection, and risks to well-being. Services are provided by licensed physicians on a sliding fee scale. We also offer interpreting services in many languages, including many of those spoken by Africans.

Details: St. Mary’s Health Clinics (SMHC) provides free medical care, outreach and education to low-income, uninsured families and individuals who are not eligible for government programs. It was founded by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet, St. Paul Province, upon the belief that healthcare is a basic human right. SMHC works with hundreds of compassionate, caring, and gifted volunteers. SMHC also conducts health promotion, health screening, health education, and outreach in collaboration with community organizations and advocates for healthcare as a basic human right while assisting low-income people to find affordable healthcare coverage.
Details: Open Cities Health Center is a nonprofit community health center that has been serving thousands of people since 1967. We are also a federally qualified health center (FQHC) which means we receive a federal grant to see low-income, uninsured and underinsured patients.
