CNAHSI began service delivery in September 1982 as a two physician family practice, one located in a satellite facility on Highway 20 near Limestone County and the other physician office located in a house and trailer on Pulaski Pike, Huntsville, Alabama. Today, we have evolved into one of the largest multi-service primary healthcare group practices in North Alabama, that is Joint Commission Accredited and Primary Care Medical Home (PCMH) Certified by The Joint Commission. Today with 5 health centers and a home health agency, we provide healthcare services to more than 100,000 residents of Madison, Limestone, Morgan, and contiguous counties in North Alabama and South Tennessee. For over 38 years, our commitment has been to improve the quality of life in our community by providing access to quality healthcare services. Our history is a story of community support, strong partnerships, and dedicated staff. As CNAHSI looks towards the future, we will focus on expansion of services into the surrounding counties while providing quality and caring healthcare services to our patients.
