Conveniently located in south Scottsdale, NOAH Cholla Health Center is just west of the Loop 101 Freeway on McDowell Road. Cholla Health Center is NOAH’s largest clinic and features a refrigerated food distribution system among other resources and services for patients and community members. NOAH accepts most commercial insurance, AHCCCS, and Medicare, and offers a sliding-fee scale for uninsured or underinsured patients. Patients are treated regardless of ability to pay.
