Clinic Details:The Cholla Health Center was opened in 2013. This clinic operates in affiliation with SUSD and Scottsdale Training & Rehabilitation Services (STARS). The clinic has family medicine model with an emphasis on providing services for the special needs population of the Cholla campus.
Details: The NOAH Heuser Family Medicine clinic provides personalized care to families, including pregnant mothers, newborn babies and children. The clinic offers a variety of office procedures including gynecological, obstetrical care and an on-site lab with phlebotomists. Service is provided by senior physicians and resident physicians. The clinic provides optimal care for all patients while providing additional instruction for the resident physicians.

Details: Opened in August 2011, the Balsz Health Center provides an integrative model of care with education, medical, dental and behavioral health. This health center is the result of a collaboration between HonorHealth and Educare Arizona. Educare is a national network of quality early childhood centers that combine the best of Head Start, child care, preschool and family support. The centers help at-risk children ages birth to 5 grow up eager to learn, as well as provide the skills needed to begin kindergarten. Based on the latest research and evidence-based strategies in child development, Educare and NOAH enables children and their families to have continuity of care. Each family is held by many hands within the integrated model, whether it involves education, medical, dental or behavioral health.
Details: Our Family Health Center is designed to provide comprehensive medical care for the entire family in one location. Our services include adult and pediatric primary care, dental care and pharmacy services. We offer the services of an eligibility specialist for our patients who are not currently insured with a sponsored health insurance plan.
