Conveniently located right off I-40 on Navajo Blvd., the health center is specially equipped to provide on-site tests such as blood draws, employment physicals and drug testing. There is no need for patients to travel for routine tests, immunizations, check-ups, prescriptions or to see a primary care physician. North Country HealthCare’s doctors and care providers are dedicated to providing primary care to you and your whole family. Our family practice offers walk-ins and same day appointments for routine and sick visits. We accept most insurance plans and offer affordable payment options for those who are uninsured or underinsured. Our low-cost options include a sliding fee scale discount program which is based on income and family size.
