NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health was formed in 2015 to address the primary care needs of families and individuals in their own neighborhoods. Keeping families and individuals healthy and helping each New Yorker to live their healthiest life is the reason why we feel it is so important to provide services in as many communities as possible.
