We are committed to improving the healthcare and wellness of the communities we serve. We provide integrated care that focuses on the whole person. Our clinics provide superior, affordable primary care for the whole family. We are committed to fostering an environment that respects diverse cultural backgrounds and values the dignity of all people. We offer compassionate care for people of all ages. At PureView Health Center we offer the education, experience and internal motivation to make the changes you want in your life. We are Helena and Lincoln’s community healthcare clinics. We are places where everyone in our communities can receive high quality healthcare. No one will be turned away because they cannot pay. PureView Health Center services are personalized, comprehensive, integrated, affordable, holistic, compassionate, collaborative, co-located and easily accessible. We provide nearly 21,000 patient visits each year to over 7,000 people with a medical home where they receive comprehensive primary care, integrated behavioral healthcare, dental care and low cost prescriptions. We provide a full range of primary care services including regular check-ups, care for chronic illnesses such as diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease, prevention and wellness education, nutritional counseling, behavioral healthcare services, dental services, and referrals to specialists in the community through team-based medical case management. PureView Health Center also coordinates programs specifically for people who are homeless. Our services include not only treatment and prevention of illness, but also health education, behavioral health services, dental and affordable prescription drugs. From the treatment of chronic conditions, such as diabetes, high blood pressure and asthma and referral to specialists, we are here for you. No matter your age, family situation or ability to pay—we are your partner for affordable healthcare needs. We are open to serve the entire community - if you are uninsured, underinsured, have private insurance, Medicare or Medicaid or are just looking for good quality, affordable healthcare.

Is this clinic actually free?
Often not entirely. "Free clinic" usually means one of three things: a volunteer clinic with no charge, a community health center with a sliding fee scale based on household size and income, or a clinic that charges a small flat visit fee. A sliding scale can still leave a bill. Ask what the lowest tier costs before you book.
What if I have no income at all?
Most sliding-scale programs have a lowest tier for people with no income, and many accept a signed self-declaration when you have no pay stubs to show. Ask for the clinic's discount program by name and ask what proof they take. Being told "bring proof of income" does not mean you are turned away for having none.
What should I bring to a first visit?
Usually a photo ID, something showing your address, proof of income or a self-declaration, your insurance or Medicaid card if you have one, and a written list of your current medications and doses. Call ahead — requirements vary, and arriving without the right paperwork is the most common reason a first visit gets rescheduled.
Do I need insurance, or immigration documents?
Federally funded health centers serve patients regardless of insurance status and do not require proof of citizenship to provide care. Volunteer and charitable clinics set their own rules. If it matters to you, ask before your visit what they require and what they record.
Is dental care included?
Usually not, and this is the single most common disappointment. Dental is frequently a separate program with its own eligibility, its own waiting list, and a narrower service list — extractions and urgent pain may be covered while fillings, crowns, root canals, and dentures are not. Confirm that dental is offered at this specific location before travelling.
Can I get a prescription refilled here?
Most clinics require an appointment before they will refill anything, and a first appointment can be weeks out. If you are close to running out of a medication you cannot safely stop, say so when you call — say the medication name and how many days you have left. Ask your pharmacy at the same time; pharmacists can sometimes authorise a short emergency supply.
What if I need care today?
