About this clinic

The People's Clinic was established in 2005 to provide free medical care to those without health insurance or the ability to pay. We are located at 751 West First Street in Morehead, KY. The phone numbers are (606) 780-0140 and (606) 356-0194. The fax number is (606) 780-1043. We currently accept patients with or without health insurance or expanded Medicaid coverage under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA). The People's Clinic is supported entirely by the generosity of local churches, individuals and organizations who share our belief that health care is a human right. We receive no financial support from state or federal governments. Currently, we operate the medical clinic on Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Additional hours are dependent on the availability of volunteers, as well as increased gift support.
