Access Esperanza Clinics is the largest and oldest family planning agency along the south Texas border. We have provided high quality affordable health services in Hidalgo County for over 50 years and annually serve about 15,000 people. Our mission is to provide education, advocacy, and affordable high-quality health care so women and men in our community can access the sexual and reproductive health services they need.
