Details: Choosing Montefiore School Health Program means you gain access to Montefiore Medical Center and its extensive range of specialty services. Our physicians are on the staff of Montefiore Medical Center, the University Hospital for Albert Einstein College of Medicine. We treat all major illnesses in a patient-centered, compassionate environment.
Details: The School Health Program - Family Health Centers at NYU Langone provides medical, mental health, and dental services, along with health education, directly to children and adolescents through clinics located in public elementary, middle, and high schools throughout New York City. We care for children when they are sick, but also provide the preventive medical care to keep them healthy. By operating clinics inside schools, we help ensure that healthcare is accessible and convenient for children and families. A healthy child misses fewer days of school, which makes it easier to keep up with schoolwork and succeed academically. Also, when a child is healthy, his or her parents miss fewer days of work.
Details: At Montefiore Medical Group, we work together with our patients to achieve and maintain their good health. Every patient receives a comprehensive evaluation and has an individualized medical team dedicated to his or her care. Our patients become our partners in their own care.
Details: At our health center, everything is focused on our patients. They come first! No matter what. That's why we're known as "The Caring Place"-a facility where the patient is at the center of everything we do. That's a standard of care you can expect, and a promise you can have confidence in seeing fulfilled. Morris Heights Health Center is a world-class model for health care delivery and an oasis of hope. Aptly called “The Caring Place: where the patient is at the center of everything we do”, Morris Heights Health Center is a safe haven, treating the community with dignity, respect and delivering the highest quality of care and support to ALL patients that come through our doors regardless of their ability to pay.
