Details: Centerpoint Health is a not-for-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). We are here to meet your health needs through integrated primary, dental, ob/gyn services, and behavioral health care. FQHCs are community based organizations that provide comprehensive primary care and preventative care to people of all ages regardless of ability to pay. FQHCs provide comprehensive health services while helping patients to establish medical homes. We accept most insurance, and also serve those who are uninsured. Even if you do not have insurance coverage, you can still use our services.
Details: Primary Health Solutions, a Butler County based organization that operates Federally Qualified Health Centers, has partnered with the Middletown City School District, Interact for Health, OneSight, Deaconess Associations Foundation, and Kettering Health Network to provide access to primary medical, dental, vision, and behavioral health services to students, their family members and school district staff. The center improves access to care for all children within the district regardless of their insurance carrier or lack of insurance. Center staff is available to assist families with insurance enrollment, if uninsured. All students must provide parental consent prior to receiving services and school transportation to and from PHS locations. The purpose of the center is to keep students in school and ready to learn. Students will have access to receive care during the school day, without requiring parents to leave work and lose wages.
