River Valley Health & Dental is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), a non-profit community-based health organization. Independently managed by a community board of directors, the Center is part of a network of other similar FQHC centers forming the largest primary care network in the nation. River Valley Health & Dental is your "medical home" with primary care delivery that empowers providers and care teams to treat patients with respect, dignity and compassion. Above all, we seek to achieve primary care excellence and deliver care in the manner that best suits a patients' needs, in partnership with you and your family. We offer personalized care plans, coaching and encouragement, support and education. We accept most major insurances, but regardless of insurance status, we also provide reduced costs based on sliding fee discounts.
