Our five clinics are located on public school campuses in San José and Gilroy, and offer comprehensive primary and preventive care including immunizations, well-child checkups, behavioral health services, and reproductive health services. Our mission is to provide essential, high-quality, and affordable health care services for adults and children in the local community.
