About this clinic

The mission of the HOPE Program is to deliver primary health services, essential for human wellness, to the most vulnerable citizens of our community. The HOPE Team operates a 40-foot mobile medical van that is equipped with a lab area, intake waiting area, and two exam rooms. This van operates in established community settings three days a week.
