Clinic Details: In the fall of 2010, SOS collaborated with the El Sol Science and Arts Academy, a charter school in Santa Ana, to open the SOS – El Sol Wellness Center. In 2015, the center moved into its permanent home. This beautiful, state-of-the-art clinic offers full-scope primary care including health care, chronic disease management, children’s services, women’s health, behavioral health, pharmacy services, eligibility and enrollment services, and same-day appointments to El Sol students and the Santa Ana community. We treat patients in all stages of life, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Everyone is welcome, even if you are uninsured or cannot afford to pay.
