Clinic Details:South Central Medical and Resource Center is a Community Health Center with the primary goal of providing health care services to the medically underserved populations living in Garvin, McClain and Grady counties. We offer general medical care and behavioral health services to adults and children. We also provide referrals for preventive dental care. It is the goal of our health center to meet the needs of individuals looking for quality health care, regardless of their personal, cultural, or financial struggles. We receive 330 grant funding from HRSA which allows us provide medical services to individuals on a sliding fee discount schedule based on an ability to pay. A patient’s sliding fee discount is determined based on the patient’s income. Proof of income is required to be brought to the facility at time of the first appointment and annually, thereafter. Additionally, we accept all private insurance including Medicare, Medicaid, SoonerCare, and others. Anyone can utilize the services of South Central Medical & Resource Center. We strive to provide the highest level of medical care to the communities we serve. It is the goal of South Central Medical and Resource Center to foster and inspire a family atmosphere, improving the health of each of our patients as well as raising the health status of the communities we serve. Details: Each Saturday morning for the past 22 years Manos Juntas Clinic has been treating people who have no insurance and/or are unable to afford the cost of being examined by a physician and medicines. Manos Juntas Clinic offers free medical care to those who present in need regardless of insurance, income, national origin, age, sex, or religion. The medical care services include examination by physicians, medications, laboratory tests, management of chronic illness, and healthcare referrals if needed at no cost. The majority of our patients are low-income people who are unemployed or with jobs that do not have healthcare benefits, retired people who can not qualify for Medicare, and undocumented immigrants.

Details: The Health & Wellness Center has been providing quality healthcare services to our communities since 2005. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we offer Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health, Pharmacy, and Optometry services to those with Private Insurance, Medicare, Oklahoma Medicaid/SoonerCare, as well as the Uninsured/Under-insured, with fees based on household size and income. We currently have four locations in Eastern Oklahoma. Our mission is to provide quality healthcare for all of our area patients.
