Clinic Details:Founded in 1996, our focus at Southwest Care Center is to provide a compassionate, patient-centered environment where everyone can feel comfortable and respected while receiving the highest quality healthcare available. As a Federally Qualified Health Center Look Alike (FQHC-LAL) with several clinic locations throughout New Mexico, including Santa Fe, Albuquerque and Farmington, Southwest Care Center (SCC) aims to provide a high standard of medical care for the entire community.

To that end, we work collaboratively with community groups, school districts, local providers, hospitals and governments at every level. Together, we develop programs and services that meet the needs of the people living within these communities. And we only expand into communities that invite our involvement. Our diverse services include primary care, dental, behavioral health, childhood education and senior programs. To make the greatest impact possible, we concentrate our resources on meeting the needs of underserved areas of New Mexico.

We also work closely with other service agencies that provide services to the homeless. Our medical clinic strives to create a safe, trusting, and respectful environment for all homeless individuals.
