About this clinic

Rinehart Clinic is a non-profit family health center on the North Oregon Coast that provides comprehensive and personalized healthcare to everyone who comes through our doors. Designated a Tier 4 (out of 5) Primary Care Clinic by the Oregon Health Authority, Rinehart Clinic is recognized for its commitment to patient-centered care. We take a team approach to patient care, and we offer a variety of programs and classes to help patients become an active participant in their own health. We accept most insurance plans, including the Oregon Health Plan and Medicare. A sliding scale fee program is available for all patients based on income. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, Rinehart Clinic has programs available to help patients who may have difficulty paying their health care bills. Services are available to everyone, regardless of health condition or financial circumstances. The clinic welcomes everyone, regardless of their race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), physical or mental ability, marital status, sexual orientation, citizenship status, or military status.
