Whatley Health Services, Inc. is a private, nonprofit, community health center whose mission is to provide primary health care services to those in need. All of our services are available to children, adults, and seniors who have coverage through private insurance plans, Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare and others, and those who have no insurance coverage. For those with limited income, a sliding fee schedule is available who meet certain household size and income guidelines.

Went to the dentist at Theodore R. Hendrix Dental Clinic for 11:00 appointment. The appointment was made a month ago. I was to get 6 teeth extracted because of bone disease from a botched Root Canal- Crown. Your office advised me to have the teeth removed for health reasons. I sat in dentist chair with bib on for 1 hour and 50 minutes. Ask how much longer it would be till the dentist came back to work on me and the dentist said, "It could be hours yet cause I'm the only dentist here today and all the other rooms are full and that's just the way it is". I believe because I am white they treated me poorly. I and my wife are both permanently disabled and would have gone elsewhere if we could afford it. I would suggest if you don't have the people there to operate the clinic properly to at the very least call the patients to reschedule instead of having them come in and treating them as low class citizens.
