About this clinic

Our medical services provides primary care services to the uninsured in North Tulsa. Many people in the community do not qualify or cannot afford any medical insuranc. Through a partnership with St. John Health System and Good Samaritan Health Services, the medical clinic has a group of volunteer physicians, volunteer nurses, one part-time paid doctor, and two part-time paid registered nurses who help provide the healthcare needs of those who come to TDC.

Is dental care included?
Usually not, and this is the single most common disappointment. Dental is frequently a separate program with its own eligibility, its own waiting list, and a narrower service list — extractions and urgent pain may be covered while fillings, crowns, root canals, and dentures are not. Confirm that dental is offered at this specific location before travelling.
Can I get a prescription refilled here?
Most clinics require an appointment before they will refill anything, and a first appointment can be weeks out. If you are close to running out of a medication you cannot safely stop, say so when you call — say the medication name and how many days you have left. Ask your pharmacy at the same time; pharmacists can sometimes authorise a short emergency supply.
What if I need care today?
