About this clinic

CompleteCare Health Network is a system of health centers in southern New Jersey that provide an array of health services from a team of board certified providers. As your Patient Centered Medical Home, we offer team based care focused on improving your health as well as your healthcare experience. Our health centers use new technologies, convenient care delivery methods and focus on creating relationships with patients and their families so that all of the care we provide is patient-centered, comprehensive, coordinated, accessible, affordable and of the highest quality. We offer Care Management services for patients who have or are at high risk for chronic illness or disease. We also have a low-cost pharmacy program, health education classes and on-site lab services - all with the goal of keeping you healthy. CompleteCare accepts most insurance, including Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care Plans and Medicare. A Sliding Fee Discount Program is also available for patients who qualify.
