  • Clinic Details: Saban Community Clinic has remained a Los Angeles area tradition since the 1960s. Originally the Los Angeles Free Clinic, we have been a pioneer in free health care from 1967 through the early 2000s. Now as Saban Community Clinic, we continue to make compassionate and high-quality medical care available for everyone, especially those most economically and socially vulnerable. Our clinic serves individuals and families with low cost, integrated health care at three convenient locations in the Hollywood area of Los Angeles. We provide primary medical care, dental care, pediatrics and prenatal care, and behavioral health care. We have also been at the epicenter at the epicenter of HIV/AIDS and aim to reduce the stigma associated with HIV testing by making screenings a routine part of our comprehensive medical care. Saban Community Clinic is one of few health centers in Los Angeles County to offer a Shower Program for the homeless community. Our medical residency program for young doctors works in cooperation with local hospitals and medical schools. We have partnerships with Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, UCLA Medical Center, and Kaiser Permanente to educate new doctors. The breadth of our mission and the achievements of almost 50 years in the community attest to our commitment to the people of greater Los Angeles. Caring partners - including individuals, corporations, foundations, and industry groups - support Saban Community Clinic and make our work possible.
