  • Clinic Details: SCFHC opened its Wellness Center at Jefferson High School in February 2012. Since then, SCFHC has been proudly offering comprehensive primary care services accessible to not only students but the community as a whole. School-based wellness centers like this one make visiting your doctor as easy as walking down the school hallway. ALL students are eligible for services, regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay. Students must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian to receive services.
