We serve more than 3,000 patients of all ages and income levels in Northern Carroll County and Western Maine. We take a broad approach to health care and are committed to meeting a wide range of health needs for the individual and family. Our providers take the time to know their patients, knowing that many factors can affect a person’s health. We support each patient’s health by: Providing basic primary and preventive care; Connecting patients with supportive resources both inside and outside of the health center; Ensuring that patients have access to health care regardless of financial situation. And we always keep an eye out for other ways to help our patients - even if it’s just serving as a sympathetic ear.

    • Details: Nestled in the small town of Warren, in what was once the historic train station, sits the Mount Moosilauke Health Center. Since 1957 it has been the lifeblood for health care in this rural community. In 1994, Ammonoosuc Community Health Services became a Federally Qualified Health Center and merged with Mount Moosilauke . In 2011, the health center received an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Capital Improvement Program (CIP) grant in the amount of $300,000. The funding allowed for improving and expanding the exam rooms, improving handicap accessibility, securely enclosing the entire building for energy efficiency. Today, Dr. Caitlyn O’Donnell, Elizabeth Newton, APRN, Judith Santy LICSW and the support team ensure ACHS-Warren is still the beacon of the community, providing local residents with quality care.
