Clinic Details:Clinicas de Salud del Pueblo is a private, non-profit corporation providing array of comprehensive primary care services to residents throughout Imperial and Riverside County. Clinicas is a Federally Qualified Health Center and a Federal Tort Claims Act Deemed Facility and was the first migrant health center established in this nation by the federal government in 1970. Clinicas has expanded from two original clinics to twelve clinics, three dental centers, and three Women, Infant and Children Nutrition Education Center and six WIC voucher distribution sites. Clinicas is dedicated to providing excellent care, committed to contributing high level of customer service and promises to uphold services with uncompromising adherence to the highest standard of moral and ethical conduct. All clinics have bilingual and bicultural staff to assist patients.
Details: Clinic Operations provides preventative and primary care services for underserved and vulnerable populations in the County. Cost of services is determined by a discount schedule (sliding fee scale), which ensures that no patient will be denied services due to inability to pay, while also providing fair and equitable fees in line with locally prevailing rates for those who are able to pay. To ensure fair and equitable application of the discount schedule, Clinic Operations requires that all prospective patients provide evidence of income and family composition before determining eligibility.

Details: Altura Centers for Health formerly (TCHC) has been providing medical and dental care to the community since 1995. Historically the clinic was formerly owned and operated by Tulare Local Health Care District. It was purchased from Tulare District Hospital (TDH) in July 1998. Altura first became a Federal Qualified Look A-Like Clinic in 1997 and in 2000 became a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), and is an FTCA deemed facility. In addition, the clinic is a 501 (C) 3 Non-profit Organization. Altura is governed by a committed Volunteer Community Board of Directors which meet once a month and serve on several committees. The majority of the Board of Directors are patients of Altura. Hence, it is a clinic governed by its patients as well as community. The majority of our providers are contracted with the clinic. This arrangement has enabled us to have many specialists available to our patients. It has resulted in continuity of providers (majority are Board Certified) allowing the patient and provider to build a long lasting relationship. Our Primary Care Physicians (PCPs), including Dentists are on-call 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Elica is a network of eight health center facilities located in both Sacramento and West Sacramento, which collectively provide services for 24,000 individuals who account for over 70,000 visits annually. Approximately 10% of Elica's patients receive care outside our clinic facilities through the Wellness Outside Walls (WOW) initiative, which includes our Street Medicine and Health on Wheels (HOW) programs.
