Details: The Health Resource Center of Cincinnati, Inc., known in the community as the HRC, is a nurse managed clinic providing affordable health care for low-income, indigent, and homeless adults and transitional youth with serious and chronic mental, emotional, behavioral, and/or substance use disorders. We provide "safety net" social and mental health services including psychiatric, pharmacological, and psychotherapeutic services as well as episodic health care medical services.
