Community Health Center of Clatskanie is a family medicine center that serves you and your family by providing comprehensive primary health care services. Our clinic is a leader in providing high-quality, culturally appropriate care, regardless of your ability to pay. We work with our patients to improve their overall health outcomes. Most insurance plans are accepted. Medicaid and Medicare are also accepted. We offer quality family medicine for your whole family from the youngest to the oldest. Pediatric and adolescent health care, as well as health care for adults is available. School, sports, and work physicals are available for your convenience. Also, we offer discount pharmacy services along with plus referrals for dental, mental health, substance abuse and specialized care. Can I get a prescription refilled here?
