We live this mission every day by carrying out our vision of “A stronger Montana through community and wellness”. The Southwest Montana Community Health Center offers primary medical, dental, behavioral health and pharmacy services to everyone. The private nonprofit clinic is always taking new patients and accepts every type of insurance, including Medicaid, Medicare and all private insurance. The clinic is a mission-driven clinic guided by volunteer community members. For more than 30 years, its mission has been to provide care to people regardless of their ability to pay for that care. It receives a grant from the federal government which allows it to offer discounts to patients who meet income and eligibility guidelines. The community health center offers high-quality team care and has received recognition for its patient-centered care efforts in which a team of professionals care for a patient so they have the opportunity to live their healthiest life. The clinic employs more than 100 people including doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, dentists, care managers, insurance specialists and patient support staff. All staff are committed to our guiding values that are: quality, access, and accountability.
