    • Details: Harborcreek Youth Services is a fully accredited child and family social service agency in compliance with all statutory requirements set by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) and the Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (OMHSAS). These requirements are consistent with agency efforts over the past decade in prioritizing the delivery of science-based services, including the Sanctuary Model of Care and Trauma-Informed Care Practice Models. We have implemented a new client health information system and continue our commitment to client confidentiality and improved internal processes while adhering to strict HIPAA regulations. Harborcreek Youth Services will also continue our Performance and Quality Improvement Program of extensive data collection and outcome measurement for all agency sites and programs.
