This clinic is operated by a paid Clinic Coordinator and volunteer staff. The HELP Dental Clinic provides dental services to low-income uninsured Hampton & Newport News residents that do not have the resources to meet their dental needs. Patients must be uninsured and at or below the 300% Federal Poverty Guidelines and be screened for eligibility.

The 501(c)3 operates fifteen community health care centers, providing primary care and dental services to individuals and families. SEVHS physicians are board-certified and provide services in the areas of family practice, internal medicine, pediatrics, and obstetrics/gynecology.
