It is a non-urgent clinic provided for persons who are in need of health care and are willing to follow treatment plans outlined by a physician or dentist. The Free Clinic is staffed by area dentists and hygienists, physicians and nurses, pharmacists and pharmacy techs, patient educators, social workers, and other volunteers who give freely of their time to bring medical and dental services to patients. WHO IS ELIGIBLE: Adults and children who qualify for state benefits, such as: Food Stamps (SNAP), TAIF, Section 8 Housing, Unemployement Benefits, School Free Lunch Program, Indigent Patients Level A Gross Income. Individuals must bring the following documents: Photo Identification (drivers license, DMV ID card, etc.); Proof of family income (pay check stubs, food stamp letter, unemployment letter or notarized letter of support); Proof of Prince William County, Manassas City, or Manassas Park residency (utility bill, lease/mortgage, DMV ID, etc.); A list of all the medications you are currently taking and a copy of any previous medical records and laboratory or radiology tests results.     • Details: The Greater Prince William Community Health Center (GPWCHC) serves Prince William County and the Cities of Manassas and Manassas Park in Northern Virginia. The Health Center was incorporated in 2004 and started seeing patients in November 2006 to satisfy the unmet health care needs of the area. Our Mission is To provide integrated and coordinated Primary, Prenatal, Dental, and Behavioral Health Care for the whole family under one roof. We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. Medicaid and Medicare patients are gladly accepted.
