    • Details: New patients will only be seen if they are referred from the hospital or a clinic doctor. Please be advised that you need to bring in proof of household income and must fall in the 200% of the poverty line in order to be seen. All appointments are about 4 to 6 weeks out. If you qualify for the Affordable Care Act (ACA), then you must first apply for this insurance. If you qualify for insurance, then you will no longer need to be seen by us.
