If you don’t have an appointment, you may visit our same-day appointment clinic that is available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week. Adventist Health offers a free shuttle for Community Care patients who live in Hanford, Home Garden, Armona or Lemoore and need a ride to appointments in Hanford, Home Garden or Lemoore.
