About this clinic

Do you know how to be homeless? Probably not, and you probably didn’t know how much bureaucracy is involved. At our drop in services at a Woman’s Place, we help women navigate frustratingly complex systems to receive the help they need. Our staff is skilled at dealing with both the system and the complex needs of our guests using trauma-informed support and case management. Community Forward SF runs a 56-person capacity at a Woman’s Place. We have only one requirement - identify as a woman. Once inside, our guests receive the tools for success they identify with a case manager. This can simply be a hot meal, vocational training, housing placement - we let our guests decide what success looks like. Regardless of what services a guest wants, a Woman's Place gives them safety from the traumas of the streets.
