It begins to feel like purposeful insult when they keep you on hold for over 20 minutes (who knows how long it would have stayed -I hung up!) As they interrupt the AWFUL music every 5 seconds to inform you that you are really important to them and they will answer your call just don't hang up. Yeah..... Feel real important wondering if they will ever ever ever pick up.
