About this clinic

We are a private, non-profit organization that provides comprehensive health care, behavioral health and social services to men, women and children who are poor and homeless in Miami-Dade County. Located in downtown Miami at 336 NW 5th Street - and operating a satellite clinic at Camillus House - our committed team of healthcare professionals is dedicated to maintaining the health and well being of Miami’s least fortunate residents. We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and behavioral health care, as well as health education and specialty care. Following the teachings and example of Jesus Christ, Camillus Health Concern’s mission is to provide Christian hospitality and respect for life through direct services of health care, outreach, counseling and case management to persons who are poor and homeless in South Florida.

<p>I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT AT THE CLINIC FOR MANY YEARS NOW. I WAS SENT AN E MAIL AND WHEN I TRIED TO FILL OUT THE REQUIRED INFORMATION IT WOULD NOT TAKE IT. MY DATE OF BIRTH IS 04/06/1960 AND THAT KEPT COMING UP AS AN ERROR. i NEED TO SEE THE DENTIST AND I ALSO NEED MARIA TO RENEW MY J-11 CARD. i AM ON A DRUG CALLED VALUME SO I NEED dOCTOR tORRES TO GIVE ME A REFERAL TO A DOCTOR AT JACKSON HOSPITAL THAT CAN WRITE THAT MEDICATION. tHAT MEDICATION IS PREVENTING ME FROM GOING INTO SEIZURES. tHANK YOU tara.
