- Clinic Details: Primary Care Medical Services of Poinciana/Osceola Community Health Services have served the Osceola County population since October 2004. Since then, additional sites have been added to the scope of project, including Stadium Place-Kissimmee and St. Cloud in 2008-2009; dental service in 2010; a New Access Point in Intercession City in 2012; optometry in 2015; and endocrinology in 2016. Our service area includes the entirety of Osceola County and our target population is the disadvantaged residents who are within 200% federal poverty level (FPL). These residents typically are uninsured or underinsured and have significant barriers to affordable and accessible primary care services. They also are among the most likely to suffer from social determinants of health that lead to health disparities and poor health outcomes. Our network of five health centers, strategically located to serve our target population has enabled our most vulnerable citizens to have access to health centers that are recognized by The Joint Commission for Ambulatory Care Accreditation and Primary Care Medical Home certification where we can address health disparities and help improve health outcomes.

Comment from Loren: I did not get to see the doctor, I've heard so many wonderful things about Dr. Patel, and we were really looking forward to meeting him. The one star verdict goes out to the front staff. Granted, the receptionist was very kind. After we arrived for our appointment, they asked for proof of pregnancy. I brought forth papers from the emergency room, which detail how far along I am, the fetal heart rate, length, sac etc. Roughly 8 lines of information. I then explained this was a few weeks ago, and I am now a few days away from 11 weeks. They told me my hospital paperwork wasn't sufficient, and I need to come back with "more proof," what more proof could you possibly need? It literally has everything spelled out. Then one of the nurses actually said "six weeks? Why is she here?" Nevermind that I had already explained I was 11. Beyond the point, I've always heard that as soon as your pregnant you should see a doctor, to get things started. So disrespectful, and so disappointing. I was really looking forward to seeing the doctor. Best of luck to anyone else going here.Comment from Mrs khan:
I had 3 pregnancies with Dr Nicdao. I found everyone of staff member really helpful and concerned. The best think is they treat every patient in a very friendly and sincere way..they respect and know thier responsibility.
Comment from Mommyof444:
I've been on the phone for two weeks and they keep giving me appointments for the wrong days and wrong doctor when I get there I have to get another appointment why doesn't the phone call go straight to the office and I'm on the phone for at least 25 minutes before I can make one, it's ridiculous.
Other than that I love the doctors in it fast in the office I just wish they would change how they make appointments.
