- Clinic Details: The La Fe Central Clinic is our organization’s flagship medical-service site. Our network’s lead community-health center provides our members with adult dental and primary health-care services. In addition, it offers diabetes-prevention/ management education, weight loss, and smoking-cessation classes. Prenatal care is also offered. Patients at the La Fe Central Clinic also have convenient access to on-site clinic registration, laboratory, and X-ray departments. Community families in need of breastfeeding and nutritional support also have access to the La Fe Women’s Infants and Children (WIC) Program at this facility. The La Fe Optometry Clinic serves our community’s vision-health needs from this location, as well. In addition to having its own in-house pharmacy, the Central Clinic serves as the distribution hub for La Fe’s Pharmacy Department and its services to our satellite clinics throughout El Paso County. The La Fe Central Clinic’s pharmacy team also offers medication-therapy management services and a Coumadin clinic at this site. The La Fe Central Clinic also welcomes walk-in patients. All community members in need of information regarding the Affordable Care Act’s marketplace can receive on-site registration assistance at this facility. The La Fe Central Clinic is located in the heart of El Paso’s Segundo Barrio, directly across the street from the historic site of the Los Seis Infiernos tenements, where La Fe was founded.
