The La Fe Lisbon Clinic provides community members of all ages with full, family primary health-care services, immunizations, well-child and well-woman exams, and sports physicals. In addition, it offers diabetes-prevention/ management education and smoking-cessation classes. This facility welcomes walk-in patients. Our community members at the La Fe Lisbon Clinic also have convenient access to on-site clinic registration and laboratory departments. In addition, the Lisbon Clinic offers its community members a computer lab with free access to the Internet and a printer. All community members in need of information regarding the Affordable Care Act’s marketplace can receive on-site registration assistance at this facility. Is this clinic actually free?

What if I have no income at all?

What should I bring to a first visit?

Do I need insurance, or immigration documents?

Is dental care included?
Usually not, and this is the single most common disappointment. Dental is frequently a separate program with its own eligibility, its own waiting list, and a narrower service list — extractions and urgent pain may be covered while fillings, crowns, root canals, and dentures are not. Confirm that dental is offered at this specific location before travelling.
Can I get a prescription refilled here?
Most clinics require an appointment before they will refill anything, and a first appointment can be weeks out. If you are close to running out of a medication you cannot safely stop, say so when you call — say the medication name and how many days you have left. Ask your pharmacy at the same time; pharmacists can sometimes authorise a short emergency supply.
What if I need care today?
