About this clinic

The SMCS community health center network consists of nine federally-qualified health center locations, which include walk-in care with no appointment necessary at our Ludlow, Londonderry, Rockingham, and Springfield, VT; and Charlestown, NH locations. These sites make high-quality, comprehensive, and affordable care available to all, based on a sliding fee scale. Services include primary and preventive health for people of all ages, pediatrics, diagnostic lab and radiologic services, health screenings, mental health programs, and access to discounted pharmaceuticals. Services also include dental care at the Ludlow Dental Center and Chester Dental Center.
