About this clinic

The Clover Fork Outpatient Medical Project is a not for profit organization committed to maintain the highest standard of medical care while serving the underserved communities of Harlan county, Kentucky. As specialists in primary care, we seek to provide excellent, comprehensive, patient centered healthcare in order to improve and maintain the quality of life of each member of the family. We are committed to being advocates for our patients and providing compassionate care, while recognizing individual needs, without regard for a patient’s ability to pay. We also are committed to healthcare education and sharing, teaching through preceptors, and continuously learning to improve the healthcare community and our community.
