Details: The Florida Hospital Waterman Community Primary Health Clinic is a free clinic providing adult primary care for the eligible uninsured residents of North Lake County. The Clinic provides non-emergent health care to address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our patients. More than 67 physicians, physician assistants, nurses, nurse practitioners, and support staff volunteer their expertise and time to help fulfill this healthcare need in our community.
Remarks: To qualify, patients must be at or below 200 percent of the federal poverty level, have no medical insurance, and have been denied by Medicaid. They also must be 18 or older.
