About this clinic

The Cross Health Center, known as the Elijah Wright Health Center, is a health care facility located in Berkeley County that began in an effort to serve the rural community of Cross and its surrounding area. It has been providing services to the Cross community since 1983 and continues to expand its offerings today. Our Cross health center’s services currently include Primary Care (Adult & Pediatric), Diagnostic Labs, Women’s Health, Immunizations, Family Planning, Mobile Dental Care, Translation, Specialist Referrals and Behavioral Health. This center also features a full-service on-site pharmacy and a team dedicated to Case Management and Eligibility Assistance for our patients. The health center is conveniently located off of Old Highway 6, near the Cross Community Center.
